The Meanest Doll in the World-A Book Review

9 Aug

Tiffany and Annabelle have gone on all sorts of fun adventures since they found Auntie Sarah, like the time when the traveled up to the attic, and have to hide in Kate’s backpack, and find themselves at school. After a day filled of adventure and fun they find themselves being carried home…but not in Kate’s backpack. The friends find themselves in a completely unknown place. There they meet all types of other toys, like Mimi…also known as “Mean Mimi,” who used to be sweet and kind, but was now one of the meanest dolls ever! Annabelle and Tiffany find themselves got up in a toy battle, but all they want is to go home!

My Thoughts: Ann M. Martin is an amazing author, and this series is awesome! The characters are well-developed, and the whole story idea is really fun! This book wasn’t as good as the first story in the series, but the writing is really well done. I did think there could have been more explaining why Mimi turned evil, but I thought her character was well described. There was excellent detail, and I recommend it for anyone who enjoys fantasy, filled with quirky fun stories! I can’t wait to read the next book, and I give this four out of five stars.
